Description
This equipment used to measure the resistance of aggregate to abrasion. The apparatus consists of :-
§The machine has a steel frame that supports the drum.
§Electric motor 1.5 hp and speed reducer turn the drum at 30 - 33 rpm.
§The electronic control panel consists of pilot light and main switch, start/stop button and programmable 4 digit electronic counter
with digital display.
§Automatic stop at end of cycle.
§Spare cover nut, spanner and steel tray supply as standard.
§A set of abrasive charges (ASTM) are supplied (12 nos).
