To enhance reliability and guarantee good performance under abominable environmental conditions, ENGGA high-voltage generator has adopted advanced and modernized designing and manufacturing conceptions and technologies.
Rotor windings are treated with triple layers insulation protections, which greatly strengthens the insulation among copper lines, among layers and improves anti-moisture and anti-corrosion capabilities. This structure enhances the mechanical strength of winding end, prevents rotor windings from deforming under high speed rotation, as a result, greatly improves generator's reliability and adaptability. The bisection structure of the rotating rectifier makes it possible to disassemble it freely without taking the generator apart.
The stator windings are wrapped with F-class epoxy mica tape and mould pressed, at the same time, adopts anticorona measure and skewed slot structure, which greatly improve the insulation efficiency, reduce the medium loss, enhance the mechanical strength and prevent from deforming.
Excitation system: the generator has adopted brushless permanent excitation. There is exciter and PMG, the exciter is inside of the generator at the inner side of the end shield and the PMG is installed outside of the end shield.
